Daniel Segreto

Daniel joined the firm in 2018 bringing 10+ years of experience and market knowledge of the DFW real estate market.  His natural ability to problem solve, excellent communication skills, and work ethic has led him to work with some of the major players in DFW.  On each transaction Daniel keeps everything moving towards a smooth and timely closing, keeping his clients updated regularly along the way.  Daniel was with Capstone Commercial since 2014 as a commercial broker.  He started his career in industrial and flex properties. He now focuses on commercial office and healthcare properties overseeing the leasing, tenant advisory, investment sales and development for his clients. Prior to joining Capstone Daniel was with NAI Robert Lynn working with the property management division and working as a landlord broker leasing properties. Daniel also spent almost twelve years with Ford Motor Company at their parts distribution company and has a great feel for logistics and distribution. Professionally, Daniel is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is very active in his community, where he served from 2015-2018 as a member of the Planning and Zoning and Board of Adjustments for the City of Little Elm in where he resides. As a proud volunteer of Habitat for Humanity in North Collin County, Daniel spends time giving back to the community. Born in Argentina and raised in North Texas gives him a great understanding of different cultures which is important in today’s marketplace. Daniel is fluent in both Spanish and English making sure nothing gets lost in translation. Daniel stays active by playing soccer, hunting, and fishing. His Professional & Service Affiliations include North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Tri-County Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
